NAVAIR ALS-CPS BOA

C3I holds a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with NAVAIR for the production, delivery, and sustainment of the Aviation Lighting System – Control Panel Set (ALS-CPS). Under this agreement, C3I supplies ALS-CPS equipment and spares, along with full lifecycle engineering support. The BOA also encompasses services, technical data, and travel in support of Visual Landing Aids (VLA) programs across multiple ship platforms. Through this effort, C3I delivers integrated, tested, and fleet-ready systems that provide air-capable ships with reliable flight deck lighting control to ensure safe and effective operations at sea.
NAVAIR Blanket Purchase Agreement

C3I maintains a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with NAVAIR to provide a range of critical commodities in support of Navy aviation and shipboard operations. These include aircraft landing equipment, maintenance and repair specialized equipment, nonpowered hand tools, commercial hardware, electrical converters, measuring and testing instruments, optical equipment, and maintenance and repair services. Through this BPA, C3I ensures rapid, reliable delivery of qualified parts and equipment aligned with Navy requirements
SeaPort NxG

C3I is an approved SeaPort NxG prime contractor, providing engineering, systems integration, and technical support across Navy and Coast Guard programs. SeaPort is the U.S. Navy’s multiple-award IDIQ contract vehicle for acquiring professional support services providing the Navy and Marine Corps with a streamlined platform to acquire professional support services in 23 functional areas such as engineering, logistics, and program management. As a SeaPort NxG prime, C3I applies its proven expertise in shipboard systems, aviation facilities, and control technologies to support mission-critical Navy programs.
DILARTS IDIQ

C3I serves as NAVAIR’s manufacturer and engineering provider for the Digital Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance (DILARTS) system. Under this long-term production contract, C3I supplies fully qualified parts, components, interim spares, and ongoing engineering support through 2030. DILARTS enhances situational awareness, incident investigation, and recovery operations and is being installed on all Ford-class aircraft carriers, while also being retrofitted across the Nimitz-class fleet to modernize legacy visual landing aid capabilities.
DDG 1000 Class ACCS ISEA Services
General Dynamics: Bath Iron Works Sub-contract
As the U.S. Navy–designated Engineering Agent for the Advanced Communication and Control System (ACCS®), C3I has been assigned the roles of In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), Software Support Agent (SSA), and Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF) Agent. Under this BIW contract, C3I provides full lifecycle engineering for the Zumwalt-class destroyers (DDG 1000), including deployment technical assistance, AVCERT inspections, ship surveys, and modernization studies to keep ACCS reliable, compliant, and mission-ready. C3I also delivers continuous cybersecurity support through RMF sustainment and maintenance of Authority to Operate (ATO). In this role, C3I ensures ACCS remains fully integrated, cyber-secure, and capable of supporting Navy flight deck and shipboard operations across the Zumwalt-class fleet.
